Detailed route description
From Paarl (25 minute drive)
On the N1 towards Cape Town, take the McIntyre / Plattekloof turn off to your left. At the first traffic light turn right into De Grendel Road. Keep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you left. Go around the circle to your right. Follow the Smithland signs. You will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
From Cape Town (15 minute drive)
On the N1 towards Paarl, take the Mc Intyre / Plattekloof turnoff and turn right. At the first traffic light after the bridge turn right into De Grendel Road. Keep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you left. Go around the circle to your right. Follow the Smithland signs. You will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
From Sir Lowry’s pass / Strand (30 minute drive)
On the N2, take the R300 turnoff to Bellville. On the R300 take the N1 turnoff for Cape Town. On the N1 take the take the McIntyre / Plattekloof turnoff to your left. At the first traffic light turn right into De Grendel Road. Keep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you left. Go around the circle to your right. Follow the Smithland signs. You will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
From Malmesbury (30 minute drive)
On the N7, take the N1 turnoff towards Paarl. Take the Mc Intyre / Plattekloof turnoff and turn right. At the first traffic light after the bridge turn right into De Grendel Road.
